If I could give 11/10, I would. Fantastic location, just a few steps from a beautiful beach. Sea view from the window. Beach loungers included in the price (reserved for apartment guests). Matteo was waiting for us with the keys, he cares about his guests during their stay, helps, suggests where to eat, where to shop, and what to see. A fantastic, smiling, positive guy; it's hard to meet someone like him. It’s obvious that he loves his job. He also speaks several languages, which makes communication very easy.

I can’t believe how incredibly friendly Matteo is. I can’t put into words how attentive he was throughout our stay. Usually, you come back from vacation and forget the place you stayed, but he ensures you leave with the warmest feelings in your heart. We had everything we needed, and all our wishes were fulfilled. I really want to go back. He puts in a lot of effort to make everyone happy and welcomed.

Matteo is very accommodating and an excellent host. The apartment is truly spacious, clean, equipped with every comfort, and very convenient to the sea. Tortoreto is also a beautiful seaside resort great for families with children. After all, it was our first time, and we will definitely be back!

One word: perfect! We stayed for a week, and it’s better than being at home. The apartment is practically new, very large and spacious, equipped with every comfort, and above all, clean. The sea is just steps away, and the main services are reachable in under a minute. An added bonus is the great availability, presence, and professionalism of the owner, Matteo, a wonderful and talented person. He made us feel at ease from the very first moment; thank you again.

In an optimal location with a beautiful sea view. Furnishings included every necessity. Excellent cleanliness (we are picky). The highlight is the large windows: you open them, and a postcard panorama appears. Very comfortable beds with orthopedic mattresses. There was even a table with a PC screen. Matteo is a kind, helpful person, well-prepared, with a charm from another time! I have never received such hospitality/assistance.

The apartment is new, extremely clean, and well-maintained. It is the first one in Italy where nothing was truly lacking. The internet connection was fast and stable. On the beautiful fine sandy beach, we had loungers and umbrellas included for our entire stay. The apartment is located in the center of Tortoreto, and despite the location, it is pleasantly quiet. Matteo gave us tailored travel advice. We will often think about this wonderful vacation.

Matteo, our host, made our vacation memorable. We have often rented an apartment, even in Italy, but we have never experienced such a brilliant and warm host with such passion. Matteo is available and takes care of everything. The balcony offers a lovely view of the sea. The apartment is superbly air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets. In mid-September, we found free parking at all times.

We stayed during the week between Christmas and New Year’s, and we will definitely book again. Matteo was the most helpful and attentive host we’ve encountered in our travels in Italy. He has connections and access to all kinds of local resources and also uses eco-conscious practices. The Wi-Fi speed was the fastest we experienced during our travels (190 Mbps download / 100 Mbps upload).
